Fiber cement intelligent control
Our fiber cement production line's intelligent control system is based on an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) architecture, integrating a PLC programmable logic controller, a SCADA data acquisition system, and edge computing nodes to construct a closed-loop management system of "perception—analysis—decision—execution." The system can collect over 200 core parameters of the production line in real time (such as raw material flow rate, pressing pressure, steam curing temperature and humidity, and equipment vibration values), achieving global control of production status through a visual monitoring platform. The built-in AI early warning algorithm can identify equipment failures and process anomalies in advance, effectively avoiding unplanned downtime. The data analysis module can also optimize process parameters based on historical production data.
