Safety of automated electrical cabinets
Our electrical cabinets are manufactured in strict accordance with national electrical safety standards (GB 50054-2011) and international IEC standards, featuring multiple safety protection mechanisms. In terms of hardware configuration, we use components from leading brands such as Schneider Electric and Siemens to ensure the reliability of core components. The cabinets employ a modular layout to separate high-voltage and low-voltage circuits, reducing electromagnetic interference. They are equipped with multiple protection devices, including arc flash protection, short circuit protection, overload protection, and grounding protection, which can quickly cut off power in the event of a fault, preventing equipment damage and personnel injury. Regarding environmental protection, our electrical cabinets have an IP54/IP65 protection rating, providing dustproof, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant capabilities, making them suitable for high-temperature, high-humidity, and high-dust industrial environments. The cabinets also feature a temperature control system and dehumidification device to ensure stable operation of components in environments ranging from -20℃ to 60℃. Furthermore, our electrical cabinets undergo rigorous withstand voltage testing, temperature rise testing, and electromagnetic compatibility testing, and are certified by authoritative third-party organizations, guaranteeing the long-term safe operation of the equipment.
